- What are the shipping times for your products and how much does it cost?

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping to our customers. Due to the COVID19 some country may increase custom time. Delivery should arrive to your place after 50  Business Days, depending on where you are in the world. We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours.

- Do you ship all over the world?

- Can I use Mynat Mat? 

if you do not belong to this category of people, you can use the Mynat Mat, however if you have any doubts you can ask your doctor for advice.

- Pregnant women
- Mynat Mat is not recommended if you have wounds, cuts or sores on your skin.
If you use anticoagulants in any form or if you have a blood disease, do not use the Mynat Mat.
- Mynat Mat is not intended for you if you have sunburn or any related skin disorder due to the protruding stimulators (spikes) on the acupressure mats.

- I have received a damaged item. What can you do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item at mynatmats@outlook.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

- I still haven't received my order yet. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel that you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about your package, please contact us by email at the following address: mynatmats@outlook.com.

- Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their mats. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the recourse is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
